According to Anadolu Agency, the Noul typhoon, the strongest in China this year, has resulted in the evacuation of more than 700,000 people in southern China. The agency also added that the typhoon has cancelled over 1,000 flights in Guangdong and Sichuan provinces as well as Hong Kong.
